YOUTH OUTREACH

 

 

JSC “Bashneftegeofizika” is one of the largest oil exploring geophysical enterprises in the Russian Federation, dynamic development of which involves creative and ambitious youth participation.

50 % of the company personnel total number consists of the young people at the age of 35 years.

In 2008 JSC “BNGF” Youth Council operating with the direct support of the company management and trade union organization was set up to improve the youth significance in the enterprise operating and social activities.

Specially made Statute Concerning “Youth Council” establishes procedure for Youth Council organization, defines its basic goals, functions and duties. Since the Youth Council is governed by a chairman, in November, 2010 Nadejda V. Admaeva was appointed the chairman of the company Youth Council (phone: (347) 273-49-62).

The organizational structure of the Youth Council consists of 11 enterprise subdivisions Youth Councils.

 

Main areas of the Youth Council activity are as follows:
-Professional development and education provided to the young personnel.
-Productivity assistance.
-Formation of healthy lifestyle.
-Young families supporting.

 

The Youth Council performance makes it possible to maintain trust relationships between the youth employees and the directory, define and solve key problems in time.
